Marina Porec is open all year round and has a capacity of 120 berths, all of which have water and power. Many berths have been claimed by permanent berth holders and are quickly full in high season. Therefore, there is not much space left for visiting yachts.
A lot of experience is needed to pass through the narrow lanes if arriving on a larger yacht. For pleasure crafts with a larger draught, only the western part of the harbour is suitable as the other jetties do not have enough water depth. When there's a northerly wind, the swell can make the berths at Marina Porec somewhat unpleasant.
The sanitary facilities with showers and WC are located in the main office building in the southern part of the harbour. The fuel station is at the small mole north of the marina.
Outside of the yacht harbour, you will find mooring buoys subject to fees, but ships sailing by and the wind cause unpleasant swells. Furthermore, you can often hear loud disco music until the early hours of the morning in summer at the waterfront.
In addition, there are few berths, some with moorings, alongside the quay wall in the historic centre of Porec, to the west of the small mole. They also have water and power, but are very expensive.
